WSJ techie reporter Walt Mossberg says Microsoft Vista SP1 will no little to help mainstream Windows users. The SP1 (Service Pack 1) update coming for Vista takes an hour to install and weighs in at about 65MB. So if you are one of those Windows users that "upgraded" to Windows XP and thought all would be well a year later with SP1, uncle Walt says "It ain't so" to most Windows users. But I do have a fix for you here.
